Accessibility Statement

Youngblood Automotive & Tire, LLC is committed to making youngbloodtx.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We build and maintain this Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our target, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox.

What we do

To make our Site more accessible, we:

• Use semantic HTML and a proper heading structure so screen readers can navigate the page
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
• Keep color contrast at or above WCAG minimums for text and controls
• Make the Site operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators
• Respect your device's reduced-motion setting
• Review new pages and features against WCAG 2.2 AA before and after they go live

Display preferences panel

Every page has an "Accessibility options" button in the lower-right corner. It opens a panel where you can increase text size, switch to high contrast, highlight links, use a plainer font, add text spacing, hide images, pause animations, or use a larger cursor. Your choices are saved in your browser and come back on your next visit.

This panel is a convenience for adjusting how the Site is displayed. It works alongside, not instead of, the assistive technology you already use, and it does not by itself make the Site conform to any standard. Conformance comes from how the Site is built.

Where we fall short

Accessibility is never fully finished. Some parts of the Site may not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA, especially:

• Older content created before our current accessibility practices
• Embedded third-party tools we don't fully control, such as the tire ordering tool, maps, and social media feeds
• Complex interactive components we are still improving

Standards we follow

We work toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We also consider Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act where it applies.
